What we collect

This site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies.

The contact form does not send anything by itself: it opens your own email app with your message. We only receive what you choose to send us by email: usually your name, email address and your question.

Why, and for how long

We use it only to answer you and, if you become a client, to prepare a quote and do the work (legal basis: steps at your request before a contract, and the contract itself). Emails that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as Belgian accounting law requires (7 years).

Who else is involved

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short technical server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. Our email runs on Google Gmail. We never sell or share your information with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by writing to contact@hertcom.com. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
