Done in-house first
We moved a full family photo library from iCloud to a self-hosted Immich server, with Nextcloud for files and notes, reachable only over VPN. Self-hosting is not right for everything; we will tell you what to keep in the cloud, email delivery for example.
How it runs
We agree the scope and a fixed price first. You follow the work as it happens, ask for changes in plain words, and get everything handed over at the end.
